Geneva released under Apache License v2.0

Starting from today (release 1.10), the Geneva Library Collection has switched license to the Apache License version 2.0.

We make this code available in the hope that it will not only be useful, but that the license switch will also encourage users to contribute. 

External contributions to the code are very welcome! To users and programmers wishing to contribute to this software, the terms of the Apache License guarantee the continued availability of the code under this license. 

A small number of files (copied from, or based on external code) are still covered by the Boost Software License v1, as before.
