Geneva 1.10 released

Version 1.10 of the Geneva optimization library (dubbed "Genova") is now available for download!

It is important to notice, that the released code is now available under the Apache License v2.0 (instead of the Affero GPL v3.0 used earlier).

Please note that this release requires a C++14-standard capable compiler for building, as well as Boost 1.70 or later!

Please read the Changelog for more details regarding API changes, removal of deprecated interfaces, and further improvements.
